Cute cabin and more, on 80 Acres of Mature Timber land, Doug fir, Cedar, Besides the Cute cabin (Chalet) as the owner calls it, with solar lighting and generator powered outlets. The Chalet has many windows, finished floors and walls and fully plumbed with a small kitchen area, bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet and sink plus a large unfinished deck. The heat is supplied by a Jotul propane stove and an on demand water heater. There is other larger cabin that was built 10-15 years ago and was never completed. There is also a small insulated storage shed with a drywall finished interior, plus a Large Cargo container. The year round creek supplies water to the Chalet and there are many holding tanks throughout the property as large as 1500 gallons, there are also undeveloped springs.
