One of Eureka's oldest buildings. This beautifully restored Salt Box style structure with Gothic details received a preservation award in 2006. The house was built around 1880 by Joseph Broderick. It was originally situated on Fifth Street but was moved to its current location by a team of horses in the 1880's. It became the home of Otto Gregor, Humboldt County's first district attorney elected in a nonpartisan race, and has since been known as the 'Gregor House'. The building currently houses professional offices with 2 separate entrances, 2 reception areas, and 4 well lit office spaces. The grounds are well kept and include a garden area and six off street parking spaces. Call your favorite Realtor today for an appointment to see this 'restored jewel.'
