2010 is turning out to be so much better than 2009, not that things are back to where we were in 2006 but at least people are buying again.
The tax credit really helped get the year off to a good start and since the tax credit expired, we have seen a bit of a slow down.
But interest rates are still low and prices are the lowest they have been in years so it is a good time to find a bargain.
The lending industry is loosening up a little, but it has been a struggle
for many to get a loan. That is changing.
Everyone at the office is feeling pretty good about the market and that makes for good vibrations all around.
